We were told by the operations manager Alana, at this location that she was refunding our entire bill, that was nearly a month ago, and we have yet ro get our $91.04 refund!!! This service by Papa John’s was an absolute disgrace to your company! I have called and left messages with Katrina Rice, no call back, and left a message with Janet Maphis ( not sure of spelling) and guess what NO RETURN CALL! I emailed Papa John’s directly and no response!! It would take me and my lawyer absolutely NO time at all to RUIN Papa John’s where we are located! I need a call IMMEDIATELY at 54, and if I do not hear from someone TODAY, I will file a fraudulent charge on our credit card, and then this will be when my Atty gets involved, and it will be a WHOLE LOT more than the $91.04, that we spent on food, that we did not get!!!
